Founded in 1895, the French Circle is twofold : being a meeting place between the French people in Geneva and Swiss friends, but also to promote French culture in all its forms.
In order to implement these two essential purposes, the Circle has organized for over a hundred years, luncheons , galas and prestigious events, during which French and Swiss living in Geneva can meet to know each other.
Chaired by Micheline Spoerri (former Minister of Justice of the Geneva government, Entrepreneur and consultant in the field of health ), French Circle invites personalities as varied as Professor Luc Montagne, Eve Ruggieri, Frédéric Mitterrand and others and more recently Peggy Bouchet who enthusiastically shared her experience and maritime adventure.
